Does it give you an urge to do it for them? No I’m sure it doesn’t, does it. The only way to get someone to do something you want them to do is to make that person really want and desire to do it. This is true not only in a money making home business but in life in general.

We all like to be praised and appreciated a company’s business model. As humans one of most desired feelings is that of being appreciated. Isn’t it one of the most common complaint of mothers, that they aren’t appreciated enough. I know in my own circle of friends it is. We often take our spouse for granted and we certainly don’t let them know how much we appreciate them enough. When someone actually recognizes your work and actually praises you for something it stirs up that feeling of being appreciated and valued.
How do you get your feeling of appreciation?
We all know how it feels I am a physiotherapist by trade and have owned many practices over the years. With this came a load of staff. Initially I paid my staff at hourly rates (above the award wage of course!). Business was going fine until I decided to trial an incentive wage scheme. It gave them an incentive to work as they would receive more pay and it also gave them a feeling of value as I was rewarding them for their efforts.
